1. What does preorder mean?
Preorders are advanced purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be released and/or shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our store. Your card will be authorized by your bank at checkout to secure your slot, and the payment will be placed on hold until we secure your desired size. 2. What's the difference in getting sneakers from you rather than the traditional apps?
We provide the service of securing sneakers for people that show genuine interest in the particular shoe and understand the chances of them securing on their own are slim to none. We save people time, energy, and effort by doing the work for them at a reasonable price. 3. Is everything authentic?
Hall Of Hype sells only 100% authentic product. We do not accept fakes or counterfeits. We guarantee the authenticity of every item we sell, as we have in-house authentication specialists who inspect all product that is taken in and put up for sale.
4. How do I know what I can and cannot buy from you?
We aim to secure all hyped sneaker releases along with pairs that people show genuine interest in. If someone asks for a particular shoe, we do our best to deliver. Now, we urge you to first scan our website to see if your desired shoe is listed and if you do not see it there, then send us a message on Instagram or via the contact us form on our website.
5. How do you process payments on your website?
Hall Of Hype uses Stripe to process payments via Shopify Payments. Stripe is a technology company & its software allows our business to receive payments over the Internet. Stripe provides the technical, fraud prevention, and banking infrastructure required to operate online payment systems smoothly & successfully. We also accept PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay at checkout.
6. Can I order multiple pairs?
We allow the same purchaser to buy multiple pairs, as long as preorder slots remain available. For any products on our website that are not for preorder, they are bought on a first come, first served basis until the item is labeled as Sold Out.
7. Is securing my pair (preorders) guaranteed?
Securing your desired size is not guaranteed. Your card will be authorized by your bank at checkout, but will not be charged until we secure your size. Through our network and technical resources, our chances of securing are significantly higher than your average person.
8. What happens if you don't secure my pair (Preorders)?
In the extremely rare case, we don't secure your pair (preorder) due to limited availability, your card will simply not be charged and the transaction will be canceled. We provide a 100% risk-free experience.
9. When will my order be shipped?
All preorders are shipped within 1-2 weeks from the date of release. Keep in mind that we have to wait for orders to ship to us first to be analyzed and authenticated, then we ship the item to you. For items we have IN STOCK, they will be shipped out on the next business day from the date of purchase.
10. Do you ship outside of the U.S.?
We only ship to customers within the Continental United States. If you live outside of the U.S., please send us an email at email@example.com and we will accommodate you accordingly. Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction by any means.
11. Where are you located?
We are located in New York City.
12. Why was my order canceled?
There are several reasons for an order being canceled. We will contact you if your order cannot be fulfilled and provide you an explanation. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for any reason, at our sole discretion.
13. When will you get more of an item that is sold out?
Restocks of styles and/or sizes depending on the availability within our network of sellers. We cannot predict when a shoe will be back in stock or available in a specific size.
14. What is your return policy?
For products in stock, we accept returns within 7 days of the order being delivered; Buyer pays return postage. Once we receive the product is the exact condition we sent it, we will process a full refund. Refunds usually take 2-3 business days depending on your bank.
For preorders, we accept returns within 7 days of the order being delivered. Preorders do not come from our inventory, so a $50 restocking fee applies. We provide the service of securing your orders on release day. Under these circumstances, we don't provide refunds. Best we can do is provide you a store credit for the total amount of the product that was purchased minus to restocking fee, which can be redeemed for any product we have in stock or upcoming products. The credit doesn't expire.

15. How do I join the Hall Of Hype Loyalty Club?
Fill out the simple opt-in form on the top of our homepage labeled 'Loyalty Club'.
16. Who can join the Hall Of Hype Loyalty Club?
The Club is open to individuals who are legal residents of the United States (including its territories and possessions) who are at least 16 years old or the age of majority in the Member’s jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older, for their personal use only, and is limited to one (1) account per individual.
17. Does my membership ever expire?
While your membership may remain open, points will expire after twelve (12) months of inactivity, a period in which a Member earns no points, makes no qualifying purchases, takes no qualifying actions, and redeems no points.
18. Can the Loyalty Club be modified or terminated?
Yes. Hall Of Hype may, in its discretion, cancel, amend, modify, restrict, and/or terminate the Club or any aspect or feature of the Club, at any time without prior notice, even if such changes may affect Points already earned and/or the value of Rewards already accumulated and/or the ability to redeem Rewards.
19. How do I cancel my membership?
If you decide you no longer want to be part of the Loyalty Club, you may cancel your membership at any time by contacting HOH Customer Service at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your email must specify the name and email address associated with your account, and confirm that you wish to be removed from the Club. It may take up to 7 business days for your cancellation to be fulfilled.
